Registration Form

Participants should fill in the required information. Once the form is completed, hit send and it will automatically be transmitted to the administrator. If you have any problems with this form please send Kate Mason an email containing the relevant details.

Note that the registration fee for the conference must be paid in full, when the registration form is sent in. Payment can be by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or bank cheques. Those people who wish to pay by bank cheque, please make out the cheque to "Australian National University (APCPST)" and mail the cheque to Dr. Boswell, together with your name and instiution. Your registration will be confirmed once the cheque arrives. NB. Overseas delegates should send cheques in US dollars, Australian delegates can use the current exchange rate to determine the amount in Australian dollars.

Late Registration: 15 May 1998
Registration forms received after 15 May 1998 will be automatically charged $US250, which is the fee for late registration.

Delegates should indicate their preferred method of presentation. While all efforts will be made to adhere to this preference, it will depend on the time available.
