4PR60C in triode configuration
This page contains a curve tracing of the 4PR60C pulse rated tetrode in triode strapped mode (screen connected to plate). The curve tracing is focused in the low anode voltage range and negative grid voltages with respect to the cathode.
Conditions of measurement:
- 26 VDC on filament, negative on Heater/Cathode (pin 4), positive on Heater (pin 1).
- Screen grid (pin 2) connected to Anode (top cap)
- High voltage applied to Anode/Screen and Heater/Cathode pins
- Fixed negative bias voltage applied to control grid (pin 3) and Heater/Cathode
- Allow 3 minutes of warm up time
