Description
The Model 630 High Energy Vacuum UV Discharge Lamp is capable
handling 1,000 watts of energy continuously and up to 8,000 watts
intermittently. It can produce line spectra or continuum, depending
upon the gas, pressure and type of excitation used. A simple flow-through
system enables the experimenter to control the type of gas and
pressure within the lamp. It is designed and constructed to mount
directly on the entrance slit of any McPherson Vacuum UV Spectrograph
or monochromator.
