Lambda/Ten Optics has the capability to manufacture front surface flat mirrors in diameters to 26.0 inches and to three levels of surface accuracy as listed below.

Surface Accuracy:

• l /5 Peak to Valley, l /5 per inch (25.4 mm) maximum slope @ 6328A over 100% of the clear aperture.
• l /l0 Peak to Valley, l /l0 per inch (25.4 mm) maximum slope @ 6328A over 100% of the clear aperture.
• l /16Peak to Valley, l /16 per inch (25.4 mm) maximum slope @ 6328A over 100% of the clear aperture.

Surface Quality: < 60-40

Material: Zerodur, 6:1 Diameter/Thickness Aspect Ratio

Parallelism, front surface to backside: < .010 inches (.254 mm)
