for onsite registration, we will accept payment by check or credit card (Visa or Master Card) ONLY.

Special Notice
To allow those people who are a little late with the registration the cutoff date for early registration is now shifted to 31th May 2006. However, Please get your registrations in soon and please call the hotel to book your rooms.

The conference registration fee includes

• Reception Sunday nibbles and 2 hour "open" bar
• Conference book of abstracts & other materials
• Morning and Afternoon Tea for one on each day of the meeting
• Lunch on every day for the meeting
• One ticket to the conference dinner (Tuesday night) and 2 hour "open" bar
• Guest tickets are available for the conference dinner at $100 each.
