A speaker has been confirmed for the meeting:
Kado Muir, Manager of the Native Title Unit at IATSIS. Kado will be
speaking about heritage protection and mining issues associated with native
title.

"WHERE ARE NOW WITH NATIVE TITLE AND RECONCILIATION?"

We have been extremely fortunate to gather speakers so eminently qualified
to bring us up to date on Native Title and Reconciliation. As we are all
aware whether these issues are resolved justly or unjustly and with
compassion for all involved will affect closely the kind of society
Australia can become.

at the end of Kingsley Street. The Crisp Building will be directly in front
of you. Walk up stairs and through underpass, turn right to Tearoom, up
steps on the right.

3. Postering & leafletting for Sorry Day
*******************************
We URGENTLY need HELP distibuting posters and fliers for Sorry Day,
particularly to the southern suburbs and Tuggeranong, and Queanbeyan. If
you can do one thing this week please pop in to the CAA office (1st Fl
Griffin Centre, Civic) and collect some posters and fliers.
