The summer school proceedings will be published by World Scientific as part of our annual series. Contributions of about 10 pages per lecture should be submitted after the School is over. Electronic copies in Latex or Word format are preferred but camera ready copies in 8.50" x 6.00" format are also welcome. Style files for electronic copies can be downloaded from the World Scientific web site. The readme files on that site should be consulted for detailed instructions on preparing manuscripts.
