TWO-DIMENSIONAL TURBULENCE IN PLASMA AND FLUIDS
(Canberra, Australia 16th June - 11th July, 1997)

Organised by the Department of Theoretical Physics and the Plasma Research Laboratory of the Research School of Physical Sciences and Engineering, and the Geophysical Fluid Dynamics Group of the Research School of Earth Sciences this workshop brought together Australian researchers, including graduate students, and some overseas experts to work on the dynamics of quasi-two-dimensional turbulence in magnetically confined laboratory plasmas, in geophysical flows and in relevant space and astrophysical contexts.

Proceedings

The Proceedings of the workshop were published by the American Institute of Physics in December 1997. For information on ordering copies please contact Departmental Administrator, Department of Theoretical Physics.
